Strozyk, a
6’2 260 lb defensive lineman out of Graceland
University will look to make an impact in
the trenches after a huge season by the now
departed Jackie Triplett (23 sacks in 2007).
Strozyk was a two-time All-Heart of America
Athletic Conference selection, two-time team
defensive line MVP, and was named to the
2005 Don Hansen All-American team. Strozyk
paced the defense with his 52 tackles (18
tackles for 72 yards in losses) and helped lead the
Yellow Jackets to the NAIA National
play-offs. With the Beef, Ron started
out strong before a broken hand forced him
out of the starting rotation. Recently
married, Ron is a P.E. teacher and volunteer
weight lifting coach in the Pe Ell school
district.
